No person shall willfully deface or damage any gravestones or markers in cemeteries; public playgrounds; planting spaces; flower beds; guideposts or guideboards; official signs, posts or signaling devices for the direction of traffic; lampposts or lamps or lanterns; or any building, fence or monument, or other thing situated, erected or made for the use or ornament of the Town, subject to a $300 fine.
