The following statutes defining offenses against the peace and good order of the state are adopted by reference to define offenses against the peace and good order of the County. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutes incorporated herein by reference are intended to be made part of this chapter.

Anyone causing, creating or maintaining a violation of this article shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code, together with cost of prosecution.
