minimum residential density based on the gross acreage of the project
site, do not have minimum commercial space restrictions, and are subject
to design review.

Senior housing projects including owner-occupied and/or rental
multifamily uses that include a minimum of 20% affordable housing
(as defined in Government Code Section 65583.2(h)), is permitted with
a zoning clearance only.
