The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to create an "interested parties" registry in accordance with Section 11-74.4-4.2 of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1; the "TIF Act") for each redevelopment project area created and established under the TIF Act and not terminated by the Village, whether now existing or created and established after the adoption of this article, and to cause to be published from time to time the related notices.
In accordance with Section 11-74.4-4.2 of the TIF Act, the corporate authorities have previously adopted the registration rules, attached as an exhibit hereto as Exhibit A,[1] as registration rules for each such interested parties registry. The Village Board of Trustees, with the written approval of the Village Attorney as to form and legality, shall have the authority to amend such registration rules from time to time as may be necessary or desirable to comply with and carry out the purposes intended by and not inconsistent with the TIF Act.

From time to time, with respect to each proposed redevelopment project area created under this Act, the Village Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the interested parties registry created by this chapter and the registration rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. This notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation as soon as practicable following the adoption of this chapter.
