The keeping open of a poolroom or bowling alley between the
hours of one a.m. and eight a.m. is prohibited; provided, that on
holidays a poolroom or bowling alley may be kept open until two a.m.

No person keeping or maintaining a place licensed for the playing
of pool shall place or maintain, or permit to be placed or maintained,
upon any such premises, any screen, blind, shutter, curtain, partition
or painted, ground-glass or stained-glass window, or any other obstruction
in such a way as to interfere with the view of the business conducted
upon the premises or with a view of the interior of such premises.
The placing or maintaining or any obstruction described in this section
shall of itself make the license void.
