Abatement record, copies of. The fee to be paid to the board
of assessors for the furnishing of a copy of a record which Section
60, Chapter 59, General Laws, requires be kept shall be two dollars
for each page or part thereof.

Alcoholic beverages, license for sale by pharmacists. The fee
for a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages by pharmacists under
Section 30A, Chapter 138, General Laws, is four hundred dollars.

Ammunition storage. See Fire prevention permits.
| ||||
Animal killing license, horses and others. The fee for an animal
killing license, for horses and others under Section 54, Chapter 111,
General Laws, is five dollars.
| ||||
Appeal to board of appeals under zoning law. The entry fee which
shall be paid to the city clerk for each appeal under Chapter 40A,
General Laws, to the board of appeals from a refusal, order or decision
of an administrative official shall be, in the case of a structure
which is to be used exclusively for dwelling purposes by not more
than three families, twenty-five dollars, which entry fee shall be
exclusive of other charges associated with the processing of the appeal,
and, in the case of each and every other structure, a primary fee
of twenty-five dollars, which entry fee shall be exclusive of other
charges associated with the processing of the appeal.

Archery stamp. The fee for an archery stamp issued by the city
clerk under Chapter 131, General Laws, shall be as prescribed by Section
11 of Chapter 131. Assessor's certificate as to abutters. The charge
to be paid for a certificate by or in behalf of the board of assessors
of the persons who, on a specified assessment date, were assessed
for parcels of land abutting on a specified parcel of land, shall
be a primary fee of twenty dollars and an additional fee of two dollars
for each parcel of land abutting on the specified parcel.

Assessor's plans, copies of. The charge to be paid for copies
of engineering survey plans made or kept by the board of assessors
shall be four dollars for each copy of one full-sized plan and two
dollars for each copy of one reduced-size plan.
| ||||
Assessor's records, search. The fee of the board of assessors
for searching, or causing to be searched, upon request, records, files,
documents, plans on papers relating to records of the board of assessor's
office shall be the actual expense thereof, but not less than five
dollars.

Assignment for benefit of creditors. The fee of the city clerk
for filing and indexing a copy of an assignment for the benefit of
creditors under Section 41, Chapter 203, General Laws, shall be five
dollars.
| ||||
Association merged into corporation. The fee of the city clerk
for receiving and filing under Section 46A, Chapter 156, General Laws,
a copy, certified by the Secretary of the commonwealth, of articles
of amendment in connection with the merger of an association into
a corporation or a certificate issued pursuant to Section 46F of Chapter
156 evidencing the filing of such articles with the Secretary, shall
be five dollars.

Attachment of bulky personal property. The fee of the city clerk
for receiving and filing a certified copy of writ and return of attachment
of bulky personal property under Section 51, Chapter 223, General
Laws, shall be two dollars.

Auction, license of establishment for closing out. The fee for
a license granted by the city council under Section 18, Chapter 100,
General Laws, to conduct or maintain an establishment for holding
an auction represented or advertised by any such descriptive term
as is set forth in Section 18, Chapter 100 shall be twenty-five dollars.

Auction, license of establishment for sale of jewelry, etc.
The fee for a license granted by the city council under Section 14,
Chapter 100, General Laws, to conduct or maintain an establishment
for the sale at auction of the articles or goods enumerated in said
Section 14 shall be twenty-five dollars.

Auctioneer's annual permit for nonresident. The fee for an auctioneer's
annual permit granted by the local auction permit agent under Section
10, Chapter 100, General Laws, shall be one hundred dollars.
| ||||
Auctioneer's annual permit for resident. The fee for an auctioneer's
license granted by the city council under Section 10, Chapter 100,
General Laws, shall be twenty-five dollars.
| ||||
Auctioneer's special permit for nonresident. The fee for an
auctioneer's special permit granted by the local auction permit agent
under Section 10, Chapter 100, General Laws, shall be fifty dollars.
| ||||
Auctioneer's special permit for resident. The fee for an auctioneer's
special permit granted by the local auction permit agent under Section
10, Chapter 100, General Laws, shall be twenty-five dollars.
| ||||
Beverages, nonintoxicating. The fee of the city clerk for the
retail sale of beverages derived wholly or in part from cereals or
substitutes and other so-called soft drinks under Section 21B, Chapter
140, General Laws, shall be twenty-five dollars.

Birth, entry of delayed record of. The fee of the city clerk
for entering, under Sections 13 or 13A, Chapter 46, General Laws,
a delayed record of birth shall be five dollars.

Birth, marriage or death, abstract copy of record of. The fee
of the city clerk for furnishing an abstract copy of a record of a
birth, marriage or death shall be two dollars.
| ||||
Birth, marriage or death, amendment, correction or supplementation
of record of. The fee of the city clerk for amending, correcting or
supplementing under Section 13, Chapter 46, General Laws, the record
of a birth, marriage or death, including amending thereunder the record
of the birth of an illegitimate child upon legitimation, shall be
thirty dollars.

Birth, marriage or death, certificate as to record of. The fee
of the city clerk for furnishing a certificate as to the record of
a birth, marriage or death shall be three dollars.
| ||||
Birth, marriage and death, copy of record of. The fee of the
city clerk for furnishing a certified copy of a record or paper relating
to a birth, marriage or death shall be six dollars for each page or
part thereof.
| ||||
Birth, marriage or death, search of records of. The fee of the
city clerk for searching, or causing to be searched, upon request,
records or papers relating to births, marriages or deaths shall be
the actual expense thereof, but not less than ten dollars.
| ||||
Blasting bond. The fee of the city clerk for receiving and filing
a bond given under Section 19, Chapter 148, General Laws, in connection
with a permit to use an explosive in the blasting of rock or other
substance shall be two dollars.
| ||||
Bowling alley license. The fees for a license to keep a bowling
alley for hire, gain or reward granted by the city council under Section
177, Chapter 140, General Laws, shall be a primary fee of thirty dollars
and an additional fee of fifteen dollars for each alley.

Building permit fees.
| ||||

A.
|
Alterations and Repairs. The permit fees for alterations and
repairs, including plan-examination fee, shall be at the rate of eight
dollars per one thousand dollars of value. The minimum fee is eight
dollars.
| ||
|
B.
|
New Buildings and Additions. The permit fees for new buildings
and additions shall be at the rate of eight dollars per one thousand
dollars of value.
| ||
|
C.
|
Plan-examination Fee. The building commissioner, at the commissioner's
option, can assess a maximum five-hundred-dollar plan-examination
fee for a consultant for complex conditions requiring technological
expertise.
| ||
|
D.
|
Signs. The fee for erection of signs when a permit is required
is two dollars for one thousand dollars of value. The minimum fee
is ten dollars.
| ||
|
E.
|
Re-siding. The permit fee for re-siding of a building or structure
shall be ten dollars, plus one dollar per square.
| ||
|
F.
|
Reroofing. The permit fee for reroofing is ten dollars, plus
fifty cents per square. No roof shall have more than two applications
of any type of roofing material at any time.
| ||
|
G.
|
Demolition. The permit fee for the demolition of any residential
or commercial building or structure, including but not limited to,
barns, sheds, storage facilities, and garages, shall be ten dollars.
If the structure to be demolished contains a water meter and/or meter
reading device, see also "Water shut-off and turn-on," this table.

|
H.
|
Occupancy Permit. The fee for an occupancy permit shall be fifteen
dollars.
| ||
|
I.
|
Work Started Before Permit Obtained. Where work for which a
permit is required by this revision is started or proceeded with prior
to obtaining the permit, the fee previously specified shall be tripled,
but the payment of such triple fee shall not relieve any person from
fully complying with the requirements of this revision in the execution
of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed in this revision.

Business name, certificate or statement relative to. The fee
of the city clerk for receiving, filing and indexing a certificate
presented under Section 5, Chapter 110, General Laws, shall be ten
dollars and for receiving, filing and indexing a statement presented
under said Section 5 shall be thirty dollars.
| ||||
Business name, certified copy of certificate or statement relative
to. The fee of the city clerk for furnishing a certified copy of a
certificate or statement filed under Section 5, Chapter 110, General
Laws, shall be three dollars.
| ||||
Business parking permit. The fee for a business parking permit
shall be one hundred dollars yearly.
| ||||
Chiropodist's certificate. The fee of the city clerk for recording
under Section 21, Chapter 122, General Laws, the name and address
of a registered chiropodist and the date and number of the chiropodist's
certificate shall be ten dollars.
| ||||
Church records, certified copies of. The fee of the city clerk,
and of the city registrar, for furnishing a certified copy of any
record or registry in such officer's custody under Section 16, Chapter
66, General Laws, shall be two dollars for each page or part thereof.
| ||||
City clerk, recording of instruments by. The fee of the city
clerk for recording an instrument of paper shall, except as otherwise
expressly provided by this table, be five dollars for the first page
and two dollars for each additional page.
| ||||
City Hall rental. The care and custody of the Revere City Hall
Auditorium shall be under the control of the superintendent of public
works who shall be responsible for the maintenance of the auditorium.
The use of the auditorium shall be regulted by the superintendent
who shall from time to time establish guidelines and agreements for
such use and shall fix the fee for the use of the auditorium.

Civil fingerprint application. The fee for an applicant, employee, or volunteer seeking to engage in the businesses as described in Section 5.04.110 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Revere and in accordance with Chapter 6 Section 175B½ of Massachusetts General Laws shall be one hundred dollars.
| ||||
City scales. See Weighing and measuring at city scales.
| ||||
Closing-out sales. The fee of the city clerk for receiving and
filing an inventory, bond and statement under Section 28A, Chapter
93, General Laws, for a sale with any such designation as is set forth
in Section 28A shall be two dollars per page.
| ||||
Commercial code. See Financing statement under Uniform Commercial
Code.
| ||||
Commissions of constables. The fee of the city clerk for issuing
the commission of a constable shall be twenty-five dollars for the
residents of the city and one hundred dollars for nonresidents.
| ||||
Commissions of weighers, etc. The fee of the city clerk for
issuing the commission of a weigher, measurer or surveyor appointed
under Section 85, Chapter 41, General Laws, or of a public weigher
of fish appointed under Section 89, Chapter 41, or of a weigher of
beef appointed under Section 140, Chapter 94, General Laws, or of
a weigher of grain appointed under Section 219, Chapter 94, or of
a weigher of hay appointed under Section 236, Chapter 94, or of a
weigher of coal appointed under Section 238, Chapter 94, or of an
inspector of lime appointed under Section 262, Chapter 94, or of a
measurer of wood and bark provided for by Section 296, Chapter 94,
or of a measurer of leather appointed under Section 1, Chapter 95,
General Laws, or of a weigher of vessels appointed under Section 6,
Chapter 102, General Laws, shall be five dollars.

Copies or duplicates of licenses and permits. The fee for a
certified copy or duplicate of any license or permit shall be three
dollars.
| ||||
Dog license. The fee for a dog license issued by the city clerk
under Section 147, Chapter 140, General Laws, shall be, in the case
of a neutered male dog or of a spayed female dog for which the certificate
required by Section 139, Chapter 140 has been filed with the city
clerk, five dollars, and in the case of any other male or female dog,
ten dollars; except, that a dog license shall be issued without charge
in the case of a dog specially trained to lead or serve a blind person
if the Division of the Blind of the commonwealth certifies that such
a dog is so trained and actually in the service of a blind person.

Dog license, change in record of. The fee of the city clerk
for changing under Section 138, Chapter 140, General Laws, the record
of a dog license to show the name and address of a new owner or keeper
shall be one dollar.
| ||||
Dogs, spayed female. The fee of the city clerk for receiving
and filing under Section 139, Chapter 140, General Laws, a certificate
or statement that a female dog has been spayed and thereby deprived
of the power of propagation shall be five dollars.
| ||||
Dog tag, substitute. The fee for a substitute dog tag furnished
by the city clerk under Section 137, Chapter 140, General Laws, shall
be two dollars.
| ||||
Dog transfer license. The fee for a dog transfer license granted
by the city clerk under Section 146, Chapter 140, General Laws, shall
be two dollars.
| ||||
Door-to-door solicitor permit. The fee for a door-to-door solicitor
permit shall be ten dollars.
| ||||
Dumpster permit. the fee for a dumpster permit issued by the department of inspectional services in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.04.080 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Revere shall be fifty dollars.

dollars if more than four but not more than ten dogs are kept in the
kennel and fifty dollars if more than ten dogs are kept in the kennel;
except, that a kennel license shall be issued without charge to any
domestic charitable corporation incorporated exclusively for the purpose
of protecting animals from cruelty, neglect or abuse and for the relief
of suffering among animals. Dogs under the age of three months shall
not be counted in determining the fee for a kennel license.

Kennel transfer license. The fee for the issuance under Section
137A, Chapter 140, General Laws, of a new license in the case of the

Marriage license. The fee of the city clerk for entering notice
of intention of marriage and issuing certificate thereof shall be
forty dollars.

Marriages solemnized outside Massachusetts, recording of. The
fee of the city clerk for receiving under Section 36, Chapter 207,
General Laws, a certificate or declaration of marriage solemnized
outside Massachusetts shall be ten dollars.

Milk inspection. The fee for a milk inspection under Section
41, Chapter 94, General Laws, is five dollars.
| ||||
Mobile home parks, motels, etc., license. The fee for a license
for a mobile home park, motel, etc., under Section 32, Chapter 140,
General Laws, is fifty dollars.
| ||||
Newsracks. The fee for an annual permit under the provisions of Ch. 5.56 shall be fifty dollars for each permittee.
| ||||
Nonresident of commonwealth doing business in city, certificate
and statement of. The fee of the city clerk for receiving and filing
a certificate and statement under Section 5A, Chapter 227, General
Laws, shall be ten dollars.

Oil burner repairs. See Fire prevention permits.

Oil storage terminal. See Fire prevention licenses.

Open fire for tar kettle. See Fire prevention permits.

Parking meter fees. The fee for parking in an on-street parking
meter zone shall be twenty-five cents for each fifteen-minute interval.
The fee for parking in a municipal off-street parking area on Shirley
Avenue shall be twenty-five cents for each fifteen-minute interval.
The fee for parking in a municipal off-street parking area on Central
Avenue shall be fifty cents for each hour. The fee for parking in
a municipal off-street parking area on Aucella Court shall be fifty
cents for each hour.

Parking penalties. Parking penalties to include bus lane: Fifty
dollars.

Pasteurizing plant inspection. The fee for a pasteurizing plant
inspection under Section 48A, Chapter 94, General Laws, is forty dollars.

Pawnbroker license. The fee for a pawnbroker license under Section
77, Chapter 140, General Laws, is one hundred dollars.

Pharmacists, sale of alcoholic beverages. See Alcoholic beverages,

Physician's certificate. The fee of the city clerk for recording
under Section 8, Chapter 112, General Laws, a physician's certificate
of registration or, in the case where it is lost, the certified statement
provided for by Section 8, shall be ten dollars.

Plumbing fees.

The minimum plumbing fee is ten dollars for up to three fixtures,
and two dollars per fixture after three.

The reinspection fee for plumbing is fifteen dollars.
| ||

C.
|
The fee for the plumbing permit for gas hot-water heaters is
ten dollars each. Heating boilers require a plumbing permit for backflow
preventer.

D.
|
Where work for which a permit is required by this revision is
started or proceeded with prior to obtaining the permit, the fee shall
be tripled, but the payment of such tripled fee shall not relieve
any person from fully complying with the requirements of this revision
in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed
in this revision.

Podiatrist's certificate. The fee of the city clerk for recording
under Section 21, Chapter 112, General Laws, the name and address
of a registered podiatrist and the date and number of his certificate
shall be ten dollars.
| ||||
Poolroom license. The fees of the city clerk to keep a billiard,
pool or sippio table for hire, gain or reward granted by the city
council under Section 177, Chapter 140, General Laws, shall be a primary
fee of thirty dollars and an additional fee of fifteen dollars for
each table plus the cost of advertising.

Power of attorney. The fee of the city clerk for recording a
power of attorney shall be five dollars.
| ||||
Proprietors of common property, deposit of records of. The fee
of the city clerk for receiving records of the proprietors of common
property deposited under Section 15, Chapter 179, General Laws, shall
be five dollars.
| ||||
Public buildings and works, claims for labor on. The fee of
the city clerk for receiving and filing under Section 28, Chapter
149, General Laws, a sworn statement of claim made under said Section
28 shall be five dollars.

Public buildings and works, claim for labor and/or materials
on. The fee of the city clerk for receiving and filing under Section
29, Chapter 149, General Laws, a sworn statement of claim made under
said Section 29 shall be five dollars.
| ||||
Public buildings and works, discharge of claim for labor and/or
materials on. The fee of the city clerk for receiving and filing a
release, discharge or other written acknowledgment of satisfaction
of a claim under Sections 28 or 29, Chapter 149, General Laws, shall
be five dollars.
| ||||
Public records, furnishing copy of. Except as otherwise expressly
provided by this table, the fee for the furnishing under Section 10,
Chapter 66, General Laws, by any board or officer of the city a copy
of a public record in the board's or officer's custody shall be twenty
cents for each page or part thereof, not exceeding nine inches by
fourteen inches. The fee for furnishing copies of plans and records
larger than nine inches by fourteen inches shall be one dollar for
each sheet, page or part thereof.

Public utility, condensed return. The fee of the city clerk
for receiving and filing under Section 84A, Chapter 164, General Laws,
or under Section 12A, Chapter 166, General Laws, a copy of a condensed
return of business and financial condition shall be five dollars.

Public utility locations granted by the city council. The fee
of the city clerk for recording under Section 22, Chapter 166, General
Laws, an attested copy of an order of the city clerk granting a location
for underground wires, cables, conductors or conduits shall be twenty-five
dollars plus an additional fee of five dollars for each street or
way included in such order.

Public utility locations granted by Department of Public Utilities.
The fee of the city clerk for recording under Section 70A, Chapter
164, General Laws, an attested copy of an order of the State Department
of Public Utilities granting a location for a main for the transmission
of gas, or for recording under Section 28, Chapter 166, General Laws,
an attested copy of an order of the Department granting a location
for a line for the transmission of electricity, including in either
case, certificate by clerk of the Department as to notice and hearing,
shall be five dollars.

Public utility locations granted by M.D.C. The fee of the city
clerk for recording under Section 46, Chapter 92, General Laws, an
attested copy of an order of the Metropolitan District Commission
granting under Sections 43 and 44, Chapter 92, or altering, extending
or revoking, under Section 45, a location, shall be five dollars.

Public way, certificate of existence of. The fee of the city
clerk for furnishing under Section 79F, Chapter 233, General Laws,
a certificate that a particular way is a public way as a matter of
record shall be three dollars.
| ||||
Public way, occupancy, building contractor. A flat rate of twenty
dollars is charged by the department of public works to building contractors
occupying a public way, plus twenty cents per square foot of public
way occupied per month. If a permit is for fifteen days or less, the
charge is ten cents per square foot plus a flat rate of twenty dollars.
For a contractor's truck parked on a public way (for glass delivery,
painting, remodeling, etc.,) a permit is issued by the department
of public works for a maximum of three days at a rate of two dollars
per day.

Public way, occupancy, sign. See Street occupancy permit for
sign.
| ||||
Public way, occupancy, street repair or construction. The annual
fee for a general permit to contractors occupying public ways while
constructing new streets or making street repairs, as provided in
Section 12.04.160, is twenty-five dollars.

Public way, occupancy, utility or semipublic body. The fee for
normal maintenance of equipment installed in a public way by a utility
or semipublic body is one hundred dollars per year per ward.

Public way, opening. See Street opening.

Public works. See Public buildings and works.

PUD. The fee for filing a preliminary plat of a planned unit
development is one hundred dollars (certified check).
| ||||
Railroad, electric, route fixing. The fee of the city clerk
for fixing the routes of electric railroads by the city council and
signing and giving a certificate of same under Section 9, Chapter
162, General Laws, shall be one hundred dollars.

Railroad route, fixing. The fee of the city clerk for fixing
the routes of railroads by the city council and signing and giving
a certificate of same under Section 20, Chapter 160, General Laws,
shall be ten dollars.

Raffle or bazaar, permit for. The fee of the city clerk for
receiving under Section 7A, Chapter 271, General Laws, an application
for a permit to conduct a raffle or bazaar shall be ten dollars.

Restaurant license. See Inns and eating establishments.
| ||||
Rocket. See Fire prevention permits.
| ||||
Sealing of weights and measures. See Weights and measures, sealing.
| ||||
Service stations. See Fire prevention licenses.

Service zone designation. The fee for the designation of a service
zone by the traffic commission shall be two dollars for each foot
of curbing abutting on the zone, but in no event less than fifty dollars,
and the charge to be paid to the public works department for the erection
by the department upon the request of the applicant for such designation
of a sign in connection with such designation shall be twenty dollars.

Sewer connection and construction. The permit and inspection
fee for sewer connection and construction is twenty dollars.
| ||||
Shellfish permit. The annual fee for a commercial shellfish
permit is ten dollars.

Sign, street occupancy permit. See Street occupancy permit for
sign.

Sign, temporary, deposit. See Temporary sign deposit.

Slaughtering. See Animal killing license, horses and others.

Solicitor, door-to-door. See Door-to-door solicitor permit.

Sporting license. The fee for a sporting license issued by the
city clerk under Chapter 131, General Laws, shall be as prescribed
by Section 8, Chapter 131. Sprinkler system inspection. See Fire prevention
permits.

Stable license. The fee for a stable license under Section 155,
Chapter 111, General Laws, is forty dollars.
| ||||
Steamboats. The fee of the city clerk for a license to operate
steamboats under Section 192, Chapter 140, General Laws, is ten dollars.

Steam engine, stationary. See Industrial furnace or stationary
steam engine.
| ||||
Storage of flammables. See Fire prevention permits.
| ||||
Street occupancy permit for sign. The fees for an annual permit
granted under Section 8, Chapter 85, General Laws, for the placement
on, or the projection over, a public way of a sign, advertising device,
clock or other like structure shall be a fee of ten dollars.

Street opening. The permit fee for opening a street (breaking
pavement, digging, etc.), as provided in Section 12.04.110, is twenty
dollars.
| ||||
Sunday license. The fee for a Sunday license under Section 4,
Chapter 136, General Laws, is twenty dollars an event, four hundred
dollars a year.

Tank, tank truck. See Fire prevention permits.
| ||||
Tar kettle fire. See Fire prevention permits.
| ||||
Temporary sign deposit. The deposit for placement of a temporary
sign is twenty-five dollars in cash.

Trackless trolley permit. The fee of the city clerk for the
issuance of a permit by the city council to perform work in the public
way under Section 6, Chapter 163, General Laws, shall be one hundred
dollars.

Transient vendor's license. The fee for a license issued to
a transient vendor by the city clerk under Section 5, Chapter 101,
General Laws, and Chapter 5.13.020, is five hundred dollars.

Trapping license. The fee for a trapping license issued by the
city clerk under Chapter 131, General Laws, shall be as prescribed
by Section 11, Chapter 131. Trust investments and amendments. The
fee of the city clerk for receiving and filing under Section 2, Chapter
182, General Laws, a copy of a written instrument or declaration of
trust, or a copy of an amendment thereof, shall be ten dollars.

Trust merged into corporation. The fee of the city clerk for
receiving and filing under Section 46A, Chapter 156, General Laws,
a copy, certified by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, of articles
of amendment in connection with the merger of a trust into a corporation
or a certificate issued pursuant to Section 46F, Chapter 156, evidencing
the filing of such articles with such Secretary, shall be ten dollars.

Vehicle, sale of food from. See Food-sale vehicles.

Water shut-off and turn-on, backflow, use of hydrants, and demolition
with meters.

There is no fee for shutting off or turning on City water for
residential or commercial uses during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m. Monday through Friday. The fee for shutting off or turning on
City water during the hours of 3:01 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. Monday through
Friday, or anytime weekends and holidays, is one hundred dollars.

Water system backflow prevention. The annual permit fee for
a reduced pressure backflow preventer or double check valve assembly
is seventy-five dollars per device. The fee for the semiannual certified
inspection performed on a reduced pressure backflow preventer or double
check valve assembly is one hundred dollars per inspection (two inspections
required per year).

Water used from city hydrants for construction or other purposes.
The fee for using a city hydrant for obtaining water for construction
or other purposes is ten dollars, plus the cost of the water as based
on usage determined from a temporary water meter obtained from the
superintendent of public works. The refundable deposit fee for the
use of a temporary water meter is four thousand dollars.

If a structure to be demolished (see Building Permit Fees, Demolition,
this Table) contains a water meter and/or meter reading device, a
refundable deposit of two hundred dollars shall be assessed by the
superintendent of public works, refundable only after the water meter
and/or meter reading device is removed by a qualified City employee
and is returned to the superintendent of public works in satisfactory,
working condition.
