The Survey Recording Act is further implemented by the fixing of the following fees for recording a public record as prescribed by the act as set out in this chapter.

The size of the record of land surveys shall be 18 inches by 24 inches; the survey shall be recorded on mylar or paper; and the fee schedule for filing shall be as follows:
Basic fee first page $10.00 |
Each additional page $5.00 |
Each additional owner's name $1.00 |

Copies of the record of survey shall be provided on request according to the following fee schedule:
Basic fee, first page $5.00 |
Each additional page $3.00 |

The record of monument shall be filed without charge on the standard form prescribed by the Department of Natural Resources, Bureau of Surveys and Maps.
