Licenses issued for Raffles, Bingo, and Casino Nights by the Borough Clerk in accordance with the rules and regulations and approval issued by the State of New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Commission (LGCCC). Legalized games of chance include off-premises draw raffles for merchandise, off-premises 50/50 cash raffles, on-premise 50/50, non-draw raffles, on-premise draw casino night, bingo, armchair races, tab pulls and any other games of chance authorized by the State of New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
The Borough Clerk shall charge a fee that is equal to the fee that is charged by the State of New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
A. 
The applicant shall submit two checks: one payable to the Borough of Somerville and one payable to Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
B. 
With certain raffles additional fees are required by the State of New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. In those cases, the Borough shall also receive an amount payable to the Borough of Somerville.
C. 
Payment of fees is only payable by check or money order and the applicant shall not combine checks.
