(a) CITY-CONTROLLED ON-STREET PARKING
Unmetered on-street parking spaces on public rights-of-way utilized for parking for City employees, as defined in Title 5, "Traffic";
(b) FOURTH AVENUE PARKING
On-street parking spaces on Fourth Avenue, between Grant Street and Ross Street;
(c) TRY STREET PARKING
On-street parking spaces on Try Street, between Second Avenue and First Avenue.
(d) SECOND AVENUE PARKING
On-street parking spaces on Second Avenue, between Grant Street and Ross Street.

The Director of the Human Resources and Civil Service (HR&CS) shall establish policies and procedures for on-street City employee parking, subject to the following provisions:
(a)
The Director of the Department shall conduct a census of all available on-street parking spaces;
(b)
The Directors of the Department shall maintain a single database of all City employee parking;
(c)
The Controller shall have one (1) space assigned in Fourth Avenue Parking, to be distributed at her/his discretion;
(d)
City Council shall have ten (10) spaces assigned in Fourth Avenue Parking, to be distributed by the City Clerk;
(e)
All remaining spaces in Fourth Avenue Parking shall be assigned at the discretion of the Mayor.
