Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.

B.
Provided nothing in this section shall prohibit Borough officials, the Chief of Police, police officers or other designated persons from parking or stopping in the area in front of the Borough Hall.
C.
Provided nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from driving or parking an emergency vehicle on an emergency or medical call within this area, or from driving or parking a truck or other commercial vehicle while making deliveries to or pickups from Borough Hall.
A.
Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or to protect the safety of any person or vehicle or in compliance with law or with directions of a police officer or official traffic-control device, no person shall park or stop on any Borough street or highway in violation of Section 3353 of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3353).

Any person violating any provision of this section shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and costs.

A.
No person shall park a vehicle, or allow it to remain parked, for longer than the time indicated, in any of the following locations, at any time on the days and between the hours indicated:

A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park a vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of the vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that the standing or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and for no longer than necessary for the loading and unloading.
B.
It shall be unlawful to stop, stand, park, or house any vehicle (other than a passenger car, pick-up truck, mini-van, panel truck, or sport utility vehicle), which shall include a bus, motor home, camper, boat, trailer (being any wheeled vehicle without its own locomotive power), passenger car attached to a trailer of any kind, truck tractor, semi-trailer, or equipment and machinery (being farm, landscaping or roadwork equipment), on any portion of any street, road or alley within the Borough.
C.
It shall be unlawful to stop, stand, park, or house a vehicle or piece of equipment, whose registered or actual gross weight, with or without load, exceeds 7,000 lbs., on any portion of any street, road or alley within the Borough.
D.
It shall be unlawful to stop, stand, park or house a vehicle with three or more axles on any portion of any street, road or alley within the Borough.
E.
Nothing in this section shall prohibit:
(1)
The driving or parking of an emergency vehicle in performance of its duties;
(2)
The loading or unloading of persons or property at or near the site and for no longer than necessary for the loading and unloading; and
(3)
The repair, maintenance, or replacement of roads, road surfaces, curbs, and sidewalks at or near the site.

A.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs. Provided: it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Borough to report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case: the section violated; the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location where the violation took place; and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he will report to the office of the Chief of Police and pay the sum of $5 within 48 hours after the time of the notice, or if he will place the sum of $5, enclosed within the envelope provided, in any of the special fine boxes installed at various locations within the Borough, that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
B.
A fine of $15 plus costs of prosecution.
C.
A fine of $25 plus costs of for parking in areas designated for handicapped parking. A fine of $20 plus costs of prosecution for all other parking violations.
