It is unlawful for any person to consume, exhibit, drink or possess an open container of any beer, wine, whiskey or any malt, spirituous or vinous liquor containing any alcohol in content on the following premises:
A.
Any public street, sidewalk, way, alley or public parking lot;
B.
In or upon any public park or recreation area when it has been posted with signs giving notice that such possession or drinking is prohibited;
C.
Within one hundred feet of any public way while on private property open to public view without the express permission of the owner, the owner’s agent or person in lawful possession thereof.
