The use of gas-powered augers, chain saws or similar cutting devices on the Lake Attitash ice is prohibited except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The use of trucks, campers, trailers, automobiles, or other motorized street vehicles on the Lake Attitash ice is prohibited.
Any person violating any provision of this bylaw shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200.
Restrictions regarding Indian Head Park:
A.
Sticker required to enter park, with Select Board determining the fee to be charged and enforcement by the Merrimac Police Department.
B.
Park open sunrise to sunset from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.
C.
Sticker required to enter the park beginning on the Friday before Memorial Day through Columbus Day.
D.
No beaching or launching of power-operated watercraft.
E.
Charcoal fires in designated grill areas only, and no open fires of any kind.
F.
No glass containers.
G.
No pets.
H.
No alcoholic beverages.
I.
Local groups and organizations require special permission from the Merrimac Parks and Recreation Commission or Select Board to use Indian Head Park for a group outing.
