(A)
The International Fuel Gas Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted, and designated as the fuel gas code of the City of Carrollton, and is made a part hereof, as amended. Unless deleted, amended, expanded, or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of such code shall be fully applicable and binding.
(B)
One copy of the 2024 edition of the International Fuel Gas Code, marked Exhibit "H," is incorporated herein by reference and shall be fled in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection.
(C)
In the event a conflict is determined to exist between said International Fuel Gas Code as adopted and the other provisions of Ordinance 4265, the latter provisions shall be construed as controlling and taking precedence over the former.
