(A) 
The National Electrical Code, 2023 Edition, as published by the National Fire Prevention Association, is hereby adopted, and designated as the electrical code of the City of Carrollton, and is made a part hereof, as amended.
(B) 
One copy of the 2023 edition of the National Electrical Code, marked Exhibit "K," is incorporated herein by reference and shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection.
(C) 
Unless deleted, amended, expanded, or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of such code shall be fully applicable and binding. In the event a conflict is determined to exist between said National Electrical Code as adopted and the other provisions of Ordinance 4265, the latter provisions shall be construed as controlling and taking precedence over the former.

Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with section 10.99. Each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
