(A) 
A revised and updated map depicting the boundaries and designations of zoning districts within the city, with all symbols, markings and tables is hereby adopted as the official zoning map of the city, and is made a part of this Code for all purposes.
(B) 
The official zoning map is hereby incorporated by reference as a part of Ordinance 1470, as amended, referred to as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and that all other zoning district maps of the city are hereby repealed.
(C) 
The official zoning map shall be kept in the office of the City Secretary. Copies of the official zoning map shall be available to the public from the Department of Planning upon request and payment of the required fee.
(D) 
The zoning district boundaries or designations of any parcel or tract of land within the city shall not be changed or altered upon adoption of the official zoning map, except those changes or alterations which have occurred in accordance with the provisions prescribed in Article XXXI of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
