The Town Board hereby establishes a fee for the provision of ambulance and rescue services provided by any Fire District or Fire Department having jurisdiction within the Town of Ottawa, and by agents and contractors of such Fire District or Fire Department. The fee will be assessed to the responsible individual, corporation, utility, company and/or property owner for whom this service was provided, as determined by the Fire Chief having jurisdiction.
