Former Chapter 171 pertaining to wastewater pretreatment was amended and replaced with similar provisions by Ordinance 4229 adopted 9/24/2024. Prior to the replacement, this chapter derived from the following: 1965 Code; Ordinance 534, adopted 7/2/1973; Ordinance 1092, adopted 2/21/1984; Ordinance 1761, adopted 12/17/1991; Ordinance 2768, adopted 2/4/2003 and Ordinance 3281, adopted 2/3/2009.
