§ 143-48 Schedule I: Traffic Control Signals.

§ 143-72 Schedule XXV: Handicapped Parking.

In accordance with the provisions of § 143-39, the following on-street locations are designated as handicapped parking spaces. Such spaces are to be used for persons who have been given special license plates issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles or handicapped parking permits issued by the local municipality:
