Be it hereby ordained that any license may be removed from a facility and deemed invalid at the discretion of the Health Officer. Events that will facilitate a mandatory and immediate loss of license is as follows: septic/sewage flooding; fire to/in/anywhere with the building; large object to building impact; serious electrical issues; and lack of adequate pest control.
