No commercially registered vehicle over three tons shall park at any street in the Borough between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Any person violating Subsection A above shall be fined $55 per occurrence. Any person violating Subsection B above shall be fined $175 per occurrence.

The parking area located adjacent to the north side of 510 Belmont Avenue shall be restricted to use by employees of the Borough of Haledon and those conducting business with the Borough of Haledon.

Parking spaces numbered 69 through 100 located along the northeastern side of the parking area shall be designated for use by employees of the Borough of Haledon only.

Parking spaces numbered 24 through 30 located along the southwestern side of the parking area shall be designated for use by members of the Borough of Haledon governing body.

§ 205-29 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating § 205-21 or 205-22 for parking in restricted areas pursuant to this chapter shall be liable for a penalty of not less than $20. Anyone convicted of a violation of § 205-22, parking prohibited certain hours, shall be liable to pay a fine of not less than $10.
