The consumer health official, the building official of the city or designee, and/or the fire marshal of the city or designee, are authorized to conduct such inspections as deemed necessary to ensure compliance with all provisions of this article and the code of ordinances of the city. They shall have right of entry at any reasonable hour upon the premises where a public or semi-public aquatic facility is located. They shall have the authority to collect water samples and photographic and/or video evidence from the aquatic facility.
