This City Council hereby establishes an Advisory Committee on Ecology and Natural Resources consisting of up to 18 members appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the City Manager, including a Chair appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the City Manager.[1]

The Council of the City of New Rochelle hereby authorizes the City Manager to appoint three Auxiliary Youth Members to ENRAC, subject to the following criteria:
A. 
Candidates must be residents of New Rochelle under the age 20.
B. 
Candidates must receive endorsements from the New Rochelle City School District Green Schools Committee and ENRAC.
C. 
Auxiliary Youth Board Members will serve one-year terms and be selected through a competitive application process.
