A. 
The Board of Trustees of the Landis Theater Foundation shall consist of five members and shall serve a term of office as follows:
(1) 
The Mayor who shall serve coterminous with his or her term(s) of office.
(2) 
A member of City Council appointed by the Mayor who shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor subject to removal or replacement at the discretion of the Mayor.
(3) 
The Director of Economic Development who shall serve coterminous with his or her term(s) of office.
(4) 
A community member involved in the arts or education appointed by the Mayor who shall serve for a term of four years which shall commence upon the expiration of the current term which expiration is December 31, 2026.
(5) 
A community member involved in a social or cultural organization appointed by the Mayor who shall serve for a term of four years which shall commence upon the expiration of the current term which expiration is December 31, 2027.
The appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Landis Theater Foundation Inc., shall be subject to and serve in accordance with the bylaws of the Landis Theater Foundation Inc.
