Parking shall be permitted on the odd-numbered side of streets noted below during any snowfall. However, such vehicles must be removed within 12 hours of when the snow stops falling until the DPW plows the odd-numbered side of the street:

Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the streets and highways of the municipality, no vehicle shall be parked on any street or highway within the municipality. The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
E. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation or provision of this section, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty of $100, and any snow-covered vehicle left on the street 24 hours after the Borough DPW has cleared the street shall be towed at the owner's expense.

A. 
Upon the declaration of an emergency, there shall be no parking upon streets or sections of streets where temporary emergency no parking signs are displayed. The Chief of Police, or in his absence the ranking police officer, is authorized to declare an emergency and to direct the posting of said emergency not parking signs when weather conditions, accidents, fires or public celebrations dictate or require the avoidance of hazards or other conditions which interfere with the free flow of traffic.
B. 
Notification that the emergency no parking signs are being or will be posted shall be attempted to be given to the operator or owner of any vehicle which has been parked prior to the posting of the signs, if possible.
C. 
In the event of an emergency wherein there shall be insufficient time to place emergency no parking signs, the Chief of Police or his designee shall issue an announcement to the citizens of the Borough of Wanaque by radio, on radio station WGHT, by newspaper, if appropriate, by community television station and/or by advising residents on the affected street by loudspeaker or direct communication or by such other means designed to afford residents reasonable notice of a state of emergency requiring vehicles to be removed from roadways and streets.
D. 
All streets that are using alternate street parking rules are excluded from this declaration of emergency and parking is allowed to continue only on these streets during a snow event.

Any unoccupied vehicle parked to standing in violation of this article shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.

(1)

(a) 
Ringwood Avenue in its entirety.
(b) 
Union Avenue in its entirety.
(2) 
The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
B. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this section shall be deemed a nuisance and menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The effectiveness of this section is conditioned upon signs being erected as required by law.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation or provision of this section, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding $80.
