There are created two special revenue funds to be known as the "drug investigation funds." One fund shall contain forfeited proceeds and instrumentalities of illegal drug activities pursuant to RCW 69.50.505; the forfeited proceeds and instrumentalities of nondrug felonies pursuant to RCW 10.105.010; and any additional moneys deposited per authority of the city council and earmarked for use in controlled substances enforcement.
The second fund shall contain funds received from equitable sharing programs with the federal government related to controlled substances enforcement.
