For purposes of this chapter, the following include:
A. "Feed"
means feeding directly, as well as depositing or leaving any foodstuff of any kind or nature with the intent of feeding.
B. "Waterfowl"
means geese and ducks.

No person, other than authorized personnel, shall feed waterfowl on public property. Nor shall any person supervising a minor and having the ability to control the minor allow the minor to feed waterfowl on public property.

Violation of this chapter constitutes a civil violation, subject to monetary penalties payable to the city of Bonney Lake in the following amounts:
A.
Fifty dollars for the first violation;
B.
One hundred dollars for the second violation;
C.
Two hundred fifty dollars for each subsequent violation.
