City of Bonney Lake, WA Chapter 16.16 PLANNED ACTIONS

§ 16.16.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to:

A. Combine analysis of environmental impacts with the city's development of plans and regulations that implement those plans; and

B. Establish thresholds, identified in environmental documents, under which projects will not require further SEPA at the individual project level; and

C. Designate planned action areas for purposes of environmental review of projects within said subarea, pursuant to RCW 43.21C.440.

§ 16.16.020 Process.

The city shall establish a planned action consistent with the requirements and procedures established in RCW 43.21C.440 and WAC 197-11-164 and 197-11-168, which are adopted by reference.
