The "City of Colfax Shoreline Master Program," approved and published by the city council on June 5, 2023; shown as Exhibit A, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section and incorporated herein by reference, three copies of which have been placed on file in the office of the city clerk/treasurer, is hereby adopted by this reference as the 2023 City of Colfax Shoreline Master Program, and is made part hereof as if fully set forth herein.

That certain map on file in the office of the city clerk, which is designated as the Shore­line Management Map of the city, and all notations, referenc­es and other information shown thereon, are adopted by refer­ence and made a part of this chapter as if fully set out in this section.
