A. 
Public parking shall be permitted in the parking spaces located at 9 West Somerset Street, also known as Block 107, Lot 3 on the Borough Tax Map, on a temporary basis until such time as the Municipal Building renovations have been completed and opened for use.
B. 
Parking shall be permitted only during the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
C. 
Ingress and egress to the lot shall be from Thompson Street.
D. 
All vehicles shall park in designated parking spaces and between the lines provided.
E. 
Any vehicle parked in the lot between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall be subject to penalty including being removed by towing at the owner's or operator's expense.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this article, or any supplement thereto shall be liable for a penalty of $100 for the first offense. Every person convicted of a second violation of this article, or any supplement thereto shall be liable for a penalty of $150. Every person convicted of a third or subsequent violation of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable for a penalty of $250.
