For convenience in municipal government of the city, and in the management of municipal affairs thereof, and of the holding of elections and the election of officers therein, the territory embraced within the corporate limits of the city of Burlington, Washington, be and the same is divided into six wards, which wards shall be numbered and shall have boundaries as provided as follows:

Burlington City Council Ward 1.
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of North Burlington Boulevard and West Victoria Avenue;
