City of Centralia, WA Chapter 2.25 RIVERSIDE FIRE AUTHORITY

§ 2.25.010 Establishment and responsibilities of the Riverside Fire Authority.

The Riverside Fire Authority (RFA) was established on January 1, 2008, by the city of Centralia and Lewis County Fire District No. 12 pursuant to Chapter 52.26 RCW, Regional Fire Protection Service Authorities. The RFA is responsible for all services and support that were formerly provided for by the city of Centralia fire department.

§ 2.25.020 Governance of the Riverside Fire Authority.

The organization and composition of the governing board of the RFA shall be in accordance with Chapter 52.26 RCW.

§ 2.25.030 Reference to fire department and fire personnel.

Any reference to the Centralia fire department, fire department or fire department personnel throughout the Centralia Municipal Code shall mean the Riverside Fire Authority and the personnel of the Riverside Fire Authority.
