This chapter shall be known, and shall be cited, as the city of Centralia shoreline master program chapter.

The purpose of this chapter is to implement the Shoreline Management Act of 1971 (Chapter 286, Laws of 1971, First Ex. Sess.), codified as Chapter 90.58 RCW.

Standards for the regulation of shorelines in the city of Centralia are contained in the city of Centralia shoreline master program adopted January 22, 2019, or as amended. Copies of the city of Centralia shoreline master program shall be kept on file and shall be made available to the public at the office of the city of Centralia department of community development.

A. 
The shoreline master program consists of numerous documents.
The following documents are adopted by reference, as currently in force or hereafter amended:
1. 
Shoreline policies and regulations;
2. 
Shoreline master plan map;
3. 
Flood-course map;
4. 
Reaches map;
5. 
Cumulative impacts analysis and no net loss report;
6. 
Shoreline inventory and characterization report; and
7. 
Restoration plan.
B. 
Copies of the above documents shall be kept on file and shall be made available to the public at the office of the city of Centralia department of community development.
