No person except a police officer, or other peace officer in the discharge of his duty, shall fire or discharge an air rifle, bow and arrow, or other dangerous weapon within any park or other property that is owned, operated or maintained by the Township unless authorized to do so by the Township Board.

Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor.
All weapons, guns, pistols or firearms carried, possessed or used contrary to this chapter are hereby declared forfeited to the Township.
