No person shall consume, or have in his possession, any beer, wine or intoxicating liquors within or about the Township parks and places of recreation.

No tents or house trailers shall be allowed within Township parks or places of recreation.

A.
Any fires for cooking must be made within the grills provided for the purpose or within other privately owned grills which are designed to retain the ashes and prevent their deposit upon the ground. No fires shall be built directly upon the ground.
B.
All trash and debris must be deposited within containers provided for that purpose and must not be allowed to remain upon the ground.
C.
Township property shall not be damaged or destroyed and shall be treated with respect for the next user.
D.
Township parks and places of recreation shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. of each day and shall be closed to the public during the remainder of the day and night.
E.
Except as provided in Section 502c of the Michigan Penal Code (MCL 750.502c), no dogs or other animals shall be allowed within Township parks and places of recreation unless the same are on a leash or kept within a secure container which prohibits their release. Owners shall clean up and dispose of dog waste in an appropriate container.

A.
Except as provided in Section 502c of the Michigan Penal Code (MCL 750.502c), notwithstanding § 288-3E, no dogs or other animals are allowed on Sunset Beach or the beach at Beals Wolf Lake Park.
B.
The Township will designate swimming areas at Sunset Beach and Beals Wolf Lake Park that will be identified by posted signs. Swimming is prohibited on Sunset Beach and in Beals Wolf Lake Park in any area not designated as a swimming area.
C.
Jumping, diving off, or swimming in the vicinity of any boat/fishing docks and/or launch ramps located at any Township park is prohibited.
