A.
Land which the planning commission may find to be unsuitable for subdivision due to flooding, bad drainage, excessive slopes, rock formations, high ground water, or other features likely to be harmful to the safety and general health of the future residents, and which the planning commission considers inappropriate for subdivision, shall not be subdivided, unless adequate corrective methods approved by the city engineer are provided.
B.
The proposed subdivision shall include such requirements as are required by the city street and utility standards, ordinances, resolutions, and comprehensive plans.
