There is hereby established a municipal court within the town of Coulee Dam to be known as "the municipal court of Coulee Dam" pursuant to Chapter 3.50 RCW as now provided (as amended by Chapter 258, Laws of 1984) and any subsequent amendments thereto.

The municipal court of Coulee Dam shall have jurisdiction and shall exercise all powers as provided by Chapter 3.50 RCW as now provided (as amended by Chapter 258, Laws of 1984) and any subsequent amendments thereto, all of which is hereby adopted by this reference.

Pursuant to Section 106, Chapter 258, Laws of 1984, the present police court justice shall continue to hold office until January 1, 1986, and his successor shall be appointed and confirmed thereafter pursuant to RCW 3.50.040 (as amended by Section 106, Chapter 258, Laws of 1984) and any subsequent amendment thereto.
