The town of Coulee Dam hereby adopts the current Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs Equipment Rate Schedule, (www.wsafc.org) when called upon to use fire equipment in assistance to other local entities in our area.

The town of Coulee Dam firefighters will be paid at the current Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs Personnel Rate Schedule (www.wsafc.org) for the following positions, when the town of Coulee Dam is reimbursed under agency contracts.
(1)
ACDR: area commander.
(2)
IC: incident commander.
(3)
STL: strike team leader.
(4)
SRB: single resource boss.
(5)
FF: firefighter.
The town of Coulee Dam's fire chief will notify the clerk/treasurer of personnel and position designation for each firefighter, upon invoiced reimbursement from the contracted agency. The fire chief will be responsible for submitting accurate time sheets for all fire department personnel to the clerk/treasurer. At no time shall wages including benefits exceed 50 percent of the reimbursement made by agency for equipment rental and personnel.
