It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, except members of the volunteer fire department, at the time of any fire:
(1) 
To fail to drive to the curb at the signal of the fire engine siren, and to afford to the fire fighting equipment the right-of-way;
(2) 
To follow behind the fire fighting equipment, with any automobile, truck or other vehicle at a distance nearer than 300 feet;
(3) 
To drive over any hose or other fire fighting equipment with any auto, truck or other vehicle;
(4) 
To park any auto, truck or other vehicle within 600 feet of the place of any fire;
(5) 
To be within the fire area as established by the fire chief or fire marshal, unless requested by a member of the volunteer firemen or other officer to render assistance;
(6) 
To interfere in any manner whatsoever with the work of the firemen or the fire equipment, or to turn in a false alarm;
(7) 
When in the opinion of any fireman or officer, a spectator is interfering with the firemen or their work, to fail to remove to a place beyond the fire area, upon request.

Every person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a disorderly person and guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $300.00, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and the payment of the costs of the prosecution.
