A.
There is adopted by reference, except as hereinafter provided, the Los Angeles County Code, Title 11, Health and Safety, as currently in effect and as amended through Los Angeles County Ordinance No 2024-0048 and by this reference the Los Angeles County ordinances and codes shall become the “Addressing Medical Debt through Data Collection” ordinance of the city of Pico Rivera.
B.
In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between any provision contained in the Los Angeles County Code and any other provision of the Pico Rivera Municipal Code, the provisions of the Pico Rivera Municipal Code shall have control.
