The salaries of the officers and employees of the city, from and after the first Tuesday of January, 1976, shall be payable up to but not to exceed the amounts as set forth on the schedule which, by this reference, is made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth in this chapter.

The salaries of all officers and employees shall be payable to them on the first day of each and every month succeeding the month for which they are earned, and warrants shall be drawn and issued from the same by the city clerk without further order from the city council.

A. 
The sum of $100.00 shall be paid as salary for attendance by a Councilmember at any regular or special meeting of the Colville City Council.
B. 
In addition to subsection A of this section, the sum of $100.00 per month shall be paid as a monthly stipend to all Councilmembers.
