A. 
No person shall hunt, recreationally shoot, or target practice with any type of firearm, archery equipment, or other device which propels with force a projectile within any portion of city-owned property on Colville Mountain, which is outside the city limits.
B. 
Violators of this section may be removed from the premises and may be treated as trespassers under Chapter 9A.52 RCW.
