The city adopts by incorporating by reference the "City of Valley Center, Kansas, Sewer Specifications," and "Specifications of Valley Center, Kansas, Street Improvements," as provided by K.S.A. 12-3009 as amended and as provided by K.S.A. 12-3301 as amended.

Not less than five copies of said code referred to in Section 12.04.010 shall be marked "Official Copy as Incorporated by Ordinance No. 461" with all sections and portions thereof intended to be omitted clearly marked to show any deletion or change, and to which shall be attached a copy of this ordinance and filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available at all reasonable hours. All appropriate departments of the city shall be furnished with copies of said ordinance and specifications properly marked.

Any violations of the above specifications shall be considered violations for each day on which they exist after written notice by the city to the last known address of the owner or occupant of said real property on which said violation exists or to the owner or occupant of said real property which is served by the improvement made under said specifications. Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanors and shall be punishable as provided in Section 1.20.010. The city shall have the further remedies of seeking injunctions to either prevent the violation of said terms of these specifications, or to seek the correction of any violation of such specifications.
