This chapter may be known and cited as the "Township Hunting Ordinance."

Mean to pursue, capture, shoot, kill, chase, follow, harass, harm, rob, or trap a wild animal, or to attempt to engage in such an activity, but does not include "fishing."
Means any property owned, controlled, maintained, or managed by, or under the authority of, Egelston Township and its agencies.
It is unlawful for any person to hunt on Township property.
Violations of this chapter are punishable by a civil fine of $250 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both.
This chapter is enforceable by the Township Ordinance Enforcement officer.
