[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Mullica 9-24-2024 by Ord. No. 20-2024. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Code of the Township of Mullica is hereby amended to establish a new chapter entitled "Municipal Building Access and Visitor Policy." See attached policy[1] which is incorporated by reference by adoption of this chapter.

Any unauthorized person or persons violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days or community services not more than 30 days or any combination thereof at the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge or criminal prosecution under N.J.S.A. 2C-18-3.
Each section of this chapter is an independent section, and the holding of any section or part thereof to be unconstitutional, void, or ineffective for any cause shall not be deemed to affect the validity of constitutionality of any other sections or parts thereto.
Any ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed as to their inconsistencies only.
