There is created within the city of Yelm budget a fund to be known as the library building fund (fund No. 110). There shall be deposited in said fund all moneys received from public or private sources for the purpose set forth in YMC § 3.80.020.

Revenue to the library building fund shall consist of moneys derived from public and private sources for expenditures related to the purchase and building maintenance of the Yelm Timberland library.
