A. 
Except within the CIR zoning district per Chapter 225 of the Code, no boat, boat hoist, pier, ice fishing shanty, airplane, construction vehicle, including skid steer or similar equipment, snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, recreational vehicle, portable on-demand storage facility, construction dumpster, camper, mobile home, motor home, camping or travel trailer, trailer of any other kind, or any part of such vehicle or equipment, shall be parked or stored for more than 10 days per calendar year (except construction dumpsters for no more than 30 days per calendar year), in the front yard, street side yard, driveway, or parking area of any lot in a residential zone. Parking or storage beyond the 10-day or 30-day period shall be allowed only if written permission is obtained from the Village Administrator.
B. 
It is the intent of this section that portable on-demand storage facilities be located on a property only as long as is necessary to load or unload.
At the time a permit is applied for, the applicant shall pay the fee as established by the Village Board and filed with the Clerk-Treasurer.
