(E) 
Camino Capistrano between Camino Mira Costa and Del Gado Road.
(F) 
Del Prado from Pacific Coast Highway/Del Prado to Pacific Coast Highway/Copper Lantern/Del Prado.
(G) 
La Cresta Drive between Selva Road and Easterly cul-de-sac.
(H) 
La Cresta Drive between westerly cul-de-sac and Street of the Golden Lantern.
(I) 
La Cresta Drive between Street of the Golden Lantern and Calle La Primavera.
(J) 
Ritz Carlton Drive from PCH (west) to PCH/Niguel Road.

30 Miles Per Hour.
