The city adopts the California Elevator Safety Orders (Subchapter 6 of Chapter 4 of Division 1 of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations). Said code shall be and become the Covina elevator safety orders.
One copy of said code is on file in the office of the city clerk, and is hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
