A. 
The property owner shall be responsible for all costs associated with property inspections by the Department of Zoning and Code Enforcement, provided that:
(1) 
The property has been inspected one time in the same calendar year and that violations were found. Uncorrected violations are to be considered as subsequent new violations.
(2) 
A violation must be found in order to invoke payment by the property owner.
(3) 
The cost for the second and every other inspection in a calendar year shall be no more than $50 each.
B. 
No inspection at which violations are found shall be factored into the calculation contained in Subsection A(1) above, provided that the request for inspection was made by the property owner.
