It shall be a violation of this Code, subject to administrative citation under Chapter 7 of Title 1, for any person to conduct or operate a poolroom in any public place within the City between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the same day.

Every person transacting and carrying on the business of a poolroom shall pay a business tax as set forth in Section 3-1.125 of this Code.
